Bonus! Red and Green Friday!

I was finished paper crafting for the day. FINISHED! And then I saw this lovely photo challenge on Nichole's blog at Papertrey ink, and I knew I had to play along!

And what's not to love! The red gingham, the red toile, the evergreen roping on the banister, the ice skates and snowflakes and wide red ribbon. Perfection!

The old me would have gotten all flowery, with lots of layers and ribbons and snowflakes and glitter. The new Clean and Simple me decided to interpret this style in a new way.

Some greenery and a pair of red birds (Little Bitty Bird), a strip of gingham (Background Basics), a twinkling star and a simple sentiment (Tag-Its #8).

Hope your black Friday was filled with red and green and joy!
