Textured Tree


Today's Ways to Use It Challenge at Splitcoast Stampers: Texturize it!

I like that challenge!

But the tough part? Add not one, not two, but three textural elements to a card.

I think this one fits. I started by stamping the tree using three different green inks for the leaves.


Then I used a woodgrain embossing folder over the stamped panel. I diecut a leaf and added a little Glimmer Mist to give it some interest. Then I looped some button twine around the diecut, as you can see here.


And finally, I applied some Crystal Lacquer to the stamped bird in the corner.

Texture! As easy as one, two, three!
