A Moxie Fab Challenge, that is!
I decided to make a card for the Spectacular Spectacles Challenge at the Moxie Fab blog. Here's my take on this challenge!
As a spectacle-dependent lass myself, I wanted everyone to know that it is, indeed, hip to be square!
I knew that I wanted to use my Cosmo Cricket papers (The Boyfriend) for this card. But how to make the stack of books? Easy!
I chose one of the sheets of striped paper, very carefully cut a few stripes apart, and very carefully stamped the words from the sentiment ( My Favorite Things Pure Innocence Book In Hand stamp set) onto those colored stripes. I stacked them on top of each other in a staggered fashion, and voila!
I had to add a little flair to those glasses with some clear Stickles!
A square card with square images that is anything but...square.
Thanks for visiting the cafe today!

{recipe: PTI card stock, Cosmo Cricket The Boyfriend papers, Clear to See Stamp Set (Lawn Fawn), sentiment from My Favorite Things (Pure Innocence Book In Hand), Versafine Onyx ink, Stickles}
THis is fabulous!! I love how the sentiment kinda goes with the background. :)
