Playing Catch Up

Hello, café friend! Sorry for the absence! I've been catching up on a few things this week. You know, laundry, ironing, leaf raking, washing windows while the weather still allows.

I am also catching up on some card sending. This one is actually a little belated, but it's the thought that counts, right?

At Stamp Camp, I took some time to really play with my stamps and dies from The Greetery. Sometimes I see the cards that others have made with these sets, and I get overwhelmed by the beauty and, well, I can become a bit intimidated by them. Does that make sense? So instead, I am looking at them with fresh eyes and asking myself "How can I use these things, but keep it simple?"

Today's card is a case in point.

{Today's Brew: Budding Beauties Summer stamps and dies (The Greetery), Written in Ribbon stamps and dies (The Greetery), Lawn Fawn stitched frame die, PTI inks and card stock, Simple Stories paper}

Denise Bryant, you are the winner of my blog candy giveaway! I will send you an email, or you can reach me at:maryrosescafe@gmail.com

Blessings, café friends!
