For Retirement

 

Our pastor unofficially "officially" retired on December 31st. I say "unofficially" because we still do not have a senior pastor to take his place. In the meantime, our two pastors are sharing the load, working part time, with limited office hours and duties. We are hoping to put out a call for a new pastor this year, while keeping our two pastors on in whatever part-time capacity they desire.

Pastor Tom is a home body (like me!), but he and his wife have talked about getting an RV and doing some traveling. I thought this card would be a fun reminder of "happy trails" ahead!

To keep the birch frame white while stenciling the inside, I used purple tape to mask off the four sides and lifted off when I was done. Easy!
