Smell The Rose'

At Christmas time, I shared my wish list with the guys in my family. Hero Arts Heroscapes were at the top of my list. And guess what? Those sweet guys gave me some great new toys to play with...Lavender fields, tulips, sunflowers, and today's set, vineyards!

I have been admiring these sets for quite some time. With a few color layering stamps, they produce some stunning landscapes.

I used some Concord and 9th inks to make this card, along with a Distress Oxide Tumbled Glass "sky".

The stamps were very easy to line up, and the dies worked like a charm. So happy to have these new stamps in my collection!

I made this card for my hair dresser, who decided to retire. Waaaah! Just when I reconnected with her again after a fifteen year absence, too. I make the forty-five minute drive down to my mom's neighborhood to get my hair cut, only because everything in the Ann Arbor area charges TWICE the price. And I'm cheap. LOL! The good news is her daughter is continuing in the salon, so I will have to book an appointment with her soon. My home-style haircuts need a little help.

I think I will pair this card with a nice bottle of rose'.

Blessings, café friends!

  1. I love your card and that stamp set. We love picnicking (and tasting) at wineries. Your card takes me back to the good old days, B.C. (before Covid). 🙂🍇🍷
