Stitch Along Summer Distraction

 

Sometimes, I just need a distraction from the every day cares. This summer is no exception.

When I saw that my favorite shop, Always in Stitches, was offering  a Lori Holt Stitch Along kit this summer, I knew it would be just the thing.

Along with the kit, you also get access to the Facebook page, where everyone can compare their progress and cheer each other on.

I started working on mine this week. It is a big project, measuring close to 12 by 12. I keep it in my project bag so that I can grab it and go. Long car rides, waits at doctor's appointments, sitting on the porch (if there are no mosquitos!). Lots of opportunities to keep my fidgety hands busy.
