The Card That Didn't Make It In Time

 

I have had some loved ones in hospice care this summer. Dearly loved ones. I feel so helpless in this situation. What can I do to make things better?

I pray. I reach out. And I send cards.

I mailed this card (among many others) to my sweet sister-in-law last weekend. Unfortunately, because of the holiday, it did not reach her in time. She went home to the Lord yesterday.

I told my brother to open the card when it arrives. I think the words were meant for him.
