It has been so hot, humid and muggy for the last week to ten days. Temps in the 90s. A perfect time to go to the cool basement!
I decided to hang my new ink storage shelves up yesterday. Here they are!
I organized the shelves by Catherine Pooler color collections. Spa colors on the left, Party colors on the right. And under each shelf unit, I am storing the re-inkers for those stamp pads. How handy is that?
I recently won some ink pad labels from Amy Tsutura on Instagram (thanks, Amy!), and will then add the labels to the ends of the pads for easy identification.
I got a GREAT deal on re-inkers from A Cherry on Top. They were clearing out the old model (black and white label), and I got every one they still had in stock for $2 each. Score!
I have a few more ink pads to go until the collection is complete, along with more re-inkers. For now, I am so happy with these new inks and this new storage system!
And while I was in a cleaning and sorting mood, I also cleaned the top of the counter/table area. It looks so pretty!
I haven't been in card making mode for a while, so I have enjoyed my time in the craft room on this hot weekend. More creations to share with you this week!
Blessings!
What a nice space you have to craft in! My space is part guest room, part craft room. I tend to spread out all over the room when I have projects going, so I need to put a lot of things away when we have guests.
