I needed a sympathy card for a church member whose mother passed away just before Christmas. I thought this one was appropriate for the time and season.
I included a sweet poem that a dear friend sent me reminding me that my loved one was with Jesus this Christmas, and what a wonderful place it must be.

And speaking of snowfall, we have a light covering now, but I hear we could get more on New Years Day. A good day to snuggle in and do some crafting!
Beautiful and I am sure the recipient will appreciate it! I wish we had some snow! Only FOG here!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! It's too warm here in Pittsburgh to snow but we had a delightfully cozy rainy day on Christmas and NYD is looking to be the same. I'll take it! Enjoy your cozy snow day! From what you post here, your home looks like the perfect warm and inviting and homey place to curl up in in that kind of weather.
ReplyDeleteYour card is "simply" lovely. It makes a great sympathy card. Our snow has been meager, but there IS some snow on the ground.
