The Finished Canvasses

I needed to make a display board for this month's upcoming Sunday Crafternoon. February's craft will be mini painted canvasses. I had an idea of some samples I thought I could easily paint, just to give participants a starting point for their own creativity.

In my mind, I was picturing a night sky example, a daytime field of flowers, and something else abstract.

I'm really pleased with how these turned out (especially when I consider the cheap Dollar Store brushes I was using at the time!).

I could have left them alone after the painting, but I really think the addition of the die cut word adds just the right finishing touch.

Hopefully, we will have a decent turnout for this event, and I can inspire some other people to get creative and crafty!

Blessings, café friends!
