I finally have a little down time between writing assignments. What to do now? I picked up my stitching project that I've been working on sporadically since last summer.
I like to work on one "block" at a time. It's been nice to get back to stitching again. Soon, it will be warm enough to take the projects outdoors.

Here in Sewickley, we have a needlepoint shop called The Porcupine and I've always been tempted to pick up a little kit, but I'm a bit intimidated. Everything you stitch is so cute, though, that it's giving me the push to try it!
