Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Ours was pretty busy! Luke came home this weekend for some time with family, food, board games and fun.
It just so happened that it was also Holiday Open House weekend in the shops in town. We ordered our favorite lattes from Carrigan Café and popped in to see what the stores had to offer this year...

I would have trouble restraining myself with all those beautiful Christmas decor items! Your downtown sounds nice. Our downtown is Sewickley (did you ever visit there when you lived in Pittsburgh?) and I love being able to ride my bike there and shop for just about everything (in fact, I just got off the phone with the local bookstore there). You mentioned playing board games with your son. We love board games and it'd be great to read a blog post about your family's favorite games to play!
