Along my paper crafting journey of 20 + years, at one point I finally decided to stop being a demonstrator for Stampin' Up, sold off most of my wood mounted collection, and then thought "What now?"
I had really been admiring the clean graphic designs of Papertrey Ink. And with the money from the sale of old sets, I started to purchase new photopolymer stamps.
And I still love my PTI sets and use them...a lot!
Mom was over this weekend, and said she needed some birthday cards.
I pulled out all of the bits and bobs from the Valentine's craft station, and we got work.
We paired the birds from PTI's Give Love set with sentiments from Little Lift Me ups, and used PTI's Bitty Big papers to make these cute cards.
I love using all the odds and ends that accumulate in my craft room! I know Mom will put these to good use!
I've been giving a lot of thought lately about how to organize my extra diecuts so they get used. I like the idea of putting together a card with what's at hand.
