SU Week: Lots of Lavender

 

Here's another fun fold card featuring one of my faves from SU: Lots of Lavender.

I love this set because it gives you options. 1. Stamp in the outline and color with markers or watercolors, or 2.) stamp the outline and then go back with solid stamps to fill in color quickly. For this stamped image, I did a little of both.

I used these Simple Stories papers and added a few sequins. The sentiment comes from the SU stamp Beautiful Bouquet.

I like this layout because it highlights the pretty papers so well.

It is Paczki day! Are you a fan of these Polish pastries? In my family's tradition, we observed Shrove Tuesday with a pancake supper. I think I might do that tonight! My husband is not a big lover of pancakes, so I better put some bacon and sausage on the side. :)
