Making My Own Sunshine

 

It looks like another drippy droopy spring day.

My father-in-law would call this "A good day for ducks, bad day for people."

I've been seeing a lot of ducks lately, flying overhead, waddling through yards, walking down the sidewalk in our neighborhood, and just paddling through the creek that meanders through the subdivision.

I turned this little duck into a mallard!

And speaking of sunshine...

Our local senior center had a Bag and Jewelry Fundraiser sale yesterday. I found this brand new Vera Bradley bag and brand new necklace for $16 total! What a deal! I know I will use this one all spring and summer. Happy, sunny colors!
