BLTs and corn on the cob. A perfect summer dinner!
I'm using Ezekiel gluten free bread now, but only on occasion. Trying to cut down on carbs. This sandwich was yummy! I added some slices of avocado to mine.
The sweet corn is finally coming in with my farm subscription. Yea! It shouldn't be long before the tomatoes arrive.
I made the salad using cucumber and red onion from the farm, a few grape tomatoes, and a few tablespoons of Garlic Expressions. Simple meal, but so good.
I've been stitching this fun pattern of corn and tomatoes.
That tri-color corn is just too cute.
