Did you celebrate World Cardmaking Day this weekend? I managed to find some time to play with some coffee sets.

I used Nuvo Crystal Clear glaze to make the apples shine.
I love all things apple! But honestly, so many apple products contain a lot of sugar. Here's one that doesn't:
With only 4 grams of sugar per serving (and less than 1 g of added sugar), this apple butter is a winner. And the cool thing? Eden Foods is headquartered just down the road in Clinton, Michigan! When I need a sweet treat, I put this on a slice of toasted Whole Grain Gluten Free Bread from Aldi. It pairs perfectly with an afternoon almond milk latte!
