Finding Beauty on the Gray Days

 

We've had a long stretch of really gray days. It can be tough to keep yourself motivated and upbeat when the sun doesn't make an appearance. On days like this, you have to look hard for the good, the true and the beautiful.

This flock of bluebirds made me smile yesterday! There were so many birds that came to my feeders.

I took a walk in the fog and gloom, wearing my Yaktraxs over my Bean boots so that I didn't slip.

On my way home, I caught this view of the back of our house. Pretty. The deer love this secluded spot.

Sometimes, you have to wake up and remind yourself of this truth.
