Blog Hop Day 7: Winter?

 

My husband made the observation yesterday that we are halfway to the first day of winter.

He said it in a "glass half empty" sort of way. He tends to dread winter because he doesn't have as many opportunities for outdoor bike rides. And he's not a fan of cold.

Meteorologists will tell you that they consider winter to start on December first, and it includes December, January and February. So actually, by the definition of the weather experts, winter will be here in just four weeks.

I think I'll keep that info to myself.

I, on the other hand, like winter. I like cozy fireplaces, warm sweaters and blankets, candles, and of course, a mug of something yummy!

I like to say "There is no bad weather, only bad clothing." And this bunny seems to understand that. He's got his cute scarf, and he's ready for fun.
