Time to use another stencil set from The Greetery! This time, I finally tried Rolling Hills with some ink blending, pairing it with this verse from PTI's Year of Psalms.
There were more elements that I could have added, like rows in the fields. I decided to keep it simple so that the sentiment could stand out.
This is a large stencil, measuring around 6 1/2 inches. I had to cut it down after the ink blending to make it fit on a standard A2 card.
But then the question was this: What to do with those leftover strips?
Here's my solution:
I used a stenciled strip on each side, with an ink blending solid strip in the center. I mounted the sentiment onto a framed panel, and offset it in the corner so that the trees would be visible.
I thought these would be nice cards to give to church members who may be going through a tough time.
This stencil set also has accompanying dies, but I don't own them. FYI, The Greetery usually has a Black Friday sale. Hard to resist all the pretty things!
