Frankenmuth, Fritters, Family and Fun

 

What a fun weekend!

Our Indiana gang came to town for an action-packed fall weekend of festivities.

We took everyone to Frankenmuth on Saturday. First stop, Bronner's Christmas Wonderland and the Silent Night Chapel.

I found these cute coffee cozies in the store:

And look! A dulcimer ornament!

Next stop, the amazing chicken dinner at Zehnder's Restaurant!

We had fun shopping, too!

On Sunday, we went to Erie Orchards for some apples, cider, fritters and donuts. Yum!

And of course, we had to say hello to all the farm animals!

Next, we met my siblings and their families for a fun afternoon pot luck at the park!

Lots of good food and family time, just catching up and laughing. 

I'm so blessed to have a family that really and truly loves each other and gets along so well. No doubt that is in large part to this woman here:

It was the perfect weekend to welcome autumn's arrival.
