Mint Chocolate Chip

 

Hello, cafe friends! I've brewed up a minty chocolaty creation for you today!

Summertime is here, with sunshine and warm temps...finally! In our family, that means "ice cream season!" My sister, Jenny, recently introduced me to the joys of Cold Stone Creamery's German Chocolate Cake ice cream. Oh boy! That one is sooo good! Normally, I would order Cheesecake Fantasy, but I think I have a new favorite! Not an every day treat, mind you. But on occasion? Yes please!

My nephew and Godson, Joe, is having a birthday this weekend, and I think I'm going to get him an ice cream gift card to celebrate. Of course, I had to have a card to match!

I got PTI's Sweet As Can Be stamps and dies recently from the buy/sell forum. I knew this would be a great set to add to the collection!

I decided to use Stampin' Up's Tufted embossing folder to repeat the diamond pattern in the cone.
