Rainbows and Promises

June has been a soggy month. Lots of rain! But with it, we also saw lots of rainbows!

And even a few double rainbows!

Rainbows are such a beautiful reminder of how God keeps his promises to us. One of the things I love about the Genesis account of the flood is that God put the rainbow in the sky as a covenant promise to Noah, his family, AND the animals that He would never destroy the earth with a flood again. I love how God cares for His creation, from men and women to dogs and cats.

I did not own a single rainbow stamp...until I got this set from Concord and 9th. I love it because it is so fun to use...solid arcs, patterned arcs, clouds and sentiments, too.

One of my great nieces graduated from high school this spring, and I wanted to make her a card. She's planning on going to our alma matter this fall. The University of Toledo...GO ROCKETS!

I think we might have a break in the rain today. Time to get some outdoor projects done!

Blessings on your weekend, cafe friends!
