Sending a Little Holiday Happy
Here it is! This is the card I made for the Lawn Fawnatics holiday card swap. There's a lot going on in this pop up card! My son, John, saw it and said "That's not a card. That's a diorama!" I think he's right.
This was my first time using the Lawn Fawn scalloped pop up box dies, and they are a lot of fun. It looked so intimidating to use, but when I actually got down to it, it was really quite easy.
I paired the stamp set Joy to the Woods with the Lawn Fawn birch tree dies. I also used a few snowflakes from Holly Jolly Days stamp set.
I wanted it to look like this little cardinal had decked out his neck of the woods with lots of holiday decor.
The best part is that, if done right, you can flatten this box and it still fits in an A2 envelope. But to be safe, I put mine in a larger padded envelope. Hoping it gets to the intended recipient in one piece!
Blessings, cafe friends!
