The Making AND the Sending
I've been making a lot more cards lately. And not just making them, but sending them too.
This quarantine has me stretching my creative muscles, and that's a good thing. I get to my craft studio more frequently, as I have fewer things to distract me. It has been fun playing with my stash and using it a little more regularly.
It also helps that I am trying to reach out to people in creative ways. I've been on Facetime with my sons a lot more. A Mom just needs to see their sweet faces. I've been on Facetime and Zoom sessions with relatives and church family. I text my sisters to stay in touch. And I send cards whenever the mood strikes.
I needed a sympathy card for a friend whose mother recently passed away. I wanted something soft and sweet and floral that looked like spring.

Blessings on your Friday. At least, I think it's Friday. Am I right? It's beginning to feel like Blursday!
