Tiptoeing Into Autumn...with Coffee!

I'm starting to add a little autumn into my crafting this week!

I recently got this Hero Arts kit from the buy/sell forums, and I really love this coffee shop silhouette! To give it a little autumn flair, I added some leaves to the roof.

I think it was just the right touch.

Inside, I added a little coffee cup...pumpkin spice latte, perhaps?

Tell me...are you comfortable visiting cafes and restaurants in your neighborhood? Are you sticking with sidewalk cafes, or are you masking and going indoors? Or perhaps you are staying home more often?

Last month, I dusted off my old Cuisinart espresso maker, purchased some Gevalia espresso roast and some Natural Bliss flavored creamers, and started making my own lattes again. I typically don't do a lot of drive-thru coffees unless I am traveling. Occasionally, I pop in to my local cafe for a special occasion Mexican Latte.

I think I will pick up some pumpkin spice creamer tomorrow and dive in to fall flavors!

Blessings, cafe friends!

  1. We have done a little outdoor dining, but for the most part we are sticking with carry out and home cooked meals! I have been using my keurig over the summer, but just today I thought that I should bring up my coffee maker and get some nice full bodied coffee for the fall. Lovely card by the way!

  2. Take out totally and side walk dining last Friday for the first time. Not too comfortable. Pick up a Starbucks 2-3x/week otherwise it's Cuisinart Drip for me as I mostly drink Americanos.
