My father-in-law had a bad fall recently that put him in the hospital for a few days. My husband had some time off last week and decided to drive down to check on him. The poor guy is in rough shape! I wanted to send him a care package, and I know he loves this snack mix that we buy from our local Michigan grocery chain.
I needed a gift tag, something that I could put together FAST, as my husband was packing up his car and getting ready to head out.
