Happy New Year's Eve, café friends!

Are you ready for 2020 to end? I know we are! This year has had some blessings, but wow, it has had some challenges, too. Ready for some joy in 2021!

Have you made a list of hopes and goals for 2021? Honestly, I just want a year where COVID ends, everyone stays healthy, and we get on to the business of daily life face to face and maskless again.

A Healthy 2021 is my goal! I am going to find some doctors and get some tests and To Do lists taken care of. I am going to mix up my fitness plan. I am going to take a close look at the habits that may or may not be contributing to my physical, mental and spiritual health.

Better health. More joy. That's my hope for you in 2021, too!
