Hello! I have two birdie cards to share today. The first card uses the Woodware Jane Gill linocut bird and holly stamp, but with all the elements inked individually.
I did a little fussy cutting around two edges and added a little Christmas sparkle and embellishment.
{Today's Brew: Woodware Jane Gill stamps, Kraft card stock, SU red twinkle paper, SU gold ribbon and wax seal embellishment, Distress Oxide inks, Red Stickles}
For the next card, I kept things simple.
Just stamped in Festive Berries ink, cut out with a stitched frame die, and a little extra banner over the sentiment. It has the look of an old bookplate, don't you think?
This card will be much easier for mailing. The first card went in a package today, so the extra bulk didn't require extra postage.
You know you are dealing with a British stamp maker when they say "Happy Christmas" instead of "Merry Christmas!"
Happy Christmas. I like that! We can use more happy this Christmas, don't you think?
Blessings, café friends!
