Lake Life

 

Hello, café friends! Summer is starting to feel as if it is winding down, and I am honestly not ready for that to happen yet. Starbucks is promoting the return of the Pumpkin Spice this month, and my mind is still firmly planted in the iced coffee menu. 

To take full advantage of these last days of summer, we are planning a family getaway next week with all the boys (sans Jemma, who will be in boarding). We are heading up north, not too far away this time. Just a few hours to the west coast and Lake Michigan, where we will check out the botanical gardens, the zoo, the cute shops, the microbreweries and cafes, and of course, the beach! A couple of days away will be so refreshing.

I made a few cards with a lake theme, perfect for summer!

I combined a few stamp sets, changed up the layout, and voila. Fun fishy cards.
