Use What You've Got: From the Completist Collection

Are you a completist? I know I am! If there was a series of stamp sets that a company released in a certain style, then I'd have to have all of them.

Papertrey Ink was good at sucking me in with a series! Heart-2-Heart, Flower Fusion, Fruit Fusion, Spring and Winter Birds, Spring/Summer/Autumn/ Winter Hills, Botanical Blocks 1-4, Year of Psalms. Yep, I had to have ALL of those. And I still love them and use them!

Today's card is part of my Quilted completist collection, Quilted Summer. I wanted to make a card for one of the sweet ladies at church who heads up the quilt ministry. What could be better than a quilted card, right? I thought of using Quilted Spring, but decided on Quilted Summer. And guess what? I'm not sure that I'd ever used it! But I had to have it! lol!

I chose to go with a bold color palette: Carnivale!

Quilted cards take a little time and patience, but they are fun to make. I'm happy that this sweet stamp set finally got inky today!
