As I bike and walk through town, there are so many beautiful houses and gardens to admire. I thought I'd try to showcase a House of the Week this summer!
Today's house has the prettiest Cape Cod feel, and the rose gardens are lovely!
They inspired me to make a rose card today!
These Rose Botanicuts dies from the Greetery are not for the faint of heart. It's complicated! And I'm not even sure if I got it right, even after following the directions. Oh well!
For this card, I did some ink blending, and a little extra definition with my Tombow blender pen. Then, I splattered everything with some white Prima metallic paint.
{Today's Brew: Rose Botanicuts (The Greetery), Written in Ribbons (The Greetery), Fit to be Tied die (The Greetery), PTI Bitty Big paper and card stock, CP inks}
Beautiful home and beautiful card! Love the white metallic splatters on the rose! The mix of green plaid with the pink rose is so lovely!
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty inspiration and a beautiful card!
ReplyDeleteYes, beautiful home and card. I like your idea of choosing a house of the week. It will be a little home tour for your readers. 🙂
ReplyDeleteStill very pretty! I got the PTI rose dies, and they are easy. I didn't get the Greetery ones because I thought they looked complicated!
