Coloring Therapy

 

I've had a really busy week. Two weeks, actually. A lot of articles to write. A lot of church fellowship duties. Busy busy busy, and no time to play.

Yesterday, I finally had a day where I didn't need to leave the house. I could stay home, catch up on laundry, and get down to the craft room.

It was time for some crafting therapy!

Sometimes, I like quick and easy stamping. And other times, I need the quiet, contemplative process of working a stamped image with markers. It must be the little girl in me coming out...the one who couldn't wait to sit down with a new coloring book and a big box of Crayolas.

This stamp set from Hello Bluebird is one of my favorites! These gals look like they are having so much fun together! It makes me miss my coffee dates and shopping expeditions with my sister, Tina.
