Hello, café friends! Can you believe it? The first day of fall is here!
Yesterday, I dropped off a pumpkin and a big potted mum for my Mom to decorate her front porch. It's time to enjoy all things autumn!
This Birdie Brown set from My Favorite Things is one of my faves. I finally got around to buying the matching dies on one of their retirement sales.
I used the tree background from Hello Bluebird and covered everything with a woodgrain frame from Hero Arts to create this little autumnal scene.
I love how the girl is holding a leaf. I am often picking up pretty leaves on my walks. Here are a few pics from a walk this week!
The temperatures have dropped this week, and everything is starting to look golden.
I'm going to celebrate autumn today by having brunch with my college boy. There may be a pumpkin spice latte ordered in the celebration.

You really know how to enjoy the simple things of life! I admire that about you. Pretty leaves and very cute card! While walking with the neighbor boy (he's 6) to the bus stop this week, we stopped to be amazed by an incredibly intricate, dense spider web in the grass. It was truly stunning.
