Frog Season, Part Two

It's been a froggy week!

Today is my brother, George's birthday. He is a nature lover, too. It's a family thing. He and his wife used to volunteer at a local metropark, where they worked on frog populations.

So of course, I had to make him a frog card!

{Today's Brew: Simple Stories Lakeside paper, Lawn Fawn cattails border die, The Greetery Written in Ribbons stamps and die}

I was sitting on the front porch with Jemma yesterday when I spotted this:

The tree frog was back, curled into the shepherd's hook. Funny!

He moved to a shady spot later.

Jemma loves her time outside.

As you can see, she's a big help in the garden, keeping all the frogs safe.

So silly.

Hope your day is un-frog-ettable!

  1. That patterned paper is amazing! You brother will love his birthday card.
    I laughed out loud when I saw the photo of the frog curled in the shepherd's hook. Your posts are always wonderful treasures of the simple joys in life!
    Brian and I went hiking in Hocking Hills, OH last weekend and as we walked by a pond, the most unusual sounds started up, loudly. It was from the frogs, but I'd never heard the frogs sound like that before!
