A Christmas Card Strategy

 

I am going to try to employ a new strategy when it comes to Christmas card crafting this year: Use up all that patterned paper!

I have a good amount of pretty papers from companies like Simple Stories that need to get used!

My plan is to use some stamped and die cut images, and pair them with all of the pretty papers in various layouts.

I stamped some birds from PTI's Winter Woods to get started.

This one got paired with a sentiment from Stampin' Up.

And this one got paired with a sentiment from Taylored Expressions. I think the pinecone and pine branches are from Hello Bluebird.

I also plan on stamping some birds from the Greetery's Robin and Wren set. 

I do have some new stamp sets for the holidays that I will be playing with very soon. Catherine Pooler and Concord and 9th will be getting inky very soon!

It may be the first day of autumn, but I am thinking ahead!
