Operation Patterned Paper: Birch

 

In my quest to use up my patterned paper in my holiday cardmaking, I found this pretty cardinal image on some Simple Stories paper. I decided to layer it onto more patterned paper and then frame it with the Birch die from Papertrey Ink. I stamped the sentiment from Christmas Faith directly onto the panel.

I had another birch frame that I'd previously cut out, so I stamped this one with the Background Basics Birch stamp, added a cardinal and some greenery (Hello Bluebird), some twine and a banner with a sentiment (PTI's Christmas Faith stamps).

One card used patterned paper, one card used dies, and both cards used stuff from my stash. Mission accomplished!
