Sam and I did some last minute shopping this week in downtown Ann Arbor. As you may know, I don't have daughters to pal around with (yet!). But I have found that if you include lunch in a shopping trip, you can get a son to agree to do just about anything. 😁
Sam knows the ins and outs of Ann Arbor much better than I do! We visited Kerrytown first, which is a shopping district that includes the Ann Arbor Farmer's Market.
I found some nice tea-related items that I'm giving as a gift.
Next, we hit the shops on Main Street and had fun browsing.
Still looking for last minute gift ideas? I find that a bottle of wine fits many occasions!
I made a few wine tags using some dies from Papertrey Ink, a punch from SU, and a sentiment from Catherine Pooler. A big wide wired buffalo check ribbon tops it all off!
I'm glad we took the time to have a fun afternoon together. The holidays can get so hectic, and I find that you have to be very intentional about making fun happen.
Merry Christmas Eve, café friends! I hope your holiday is filled with love and laughter and the joy that only Jesus can bring!
That looks like a fun shopping trip. Good company and interesting stores. I've always thought it would be fun to window shop at Christmas. Just browse and soak up the atmosphere. Unfortunately, there never seems to be time for it.
