Bingo Love is in the Air

Hi, friends! How was your weekend?

We visited Marshall, Michigan on Friday, catching a sneak peek of their ice festival sculptures, enjoying dinner at Win Shuler's, and popping in to my favorite paper crafting shop, Paper and I! The store was celebrating their 11th anniversary, and it was fun to see new stuff (like the Spellbinders Betterpress) in person.

I kept meaning to get down to the craft studio all weekend, but it never happened...until this morning.

I made another card for the Catherine Pooler Stamp Nation Bingo challenge. This one features a love word, confetti (in this case, sprinkles!), heat emboss, frame die, and Valentine theme.

My husband loves cupcakes, so this one is going to him...and I should probably buy him a cupcake to go with it!

Regarding CP inks, here are two cool things you can do with them, as displayed here.

1.) You can swipe directly onto white card stock to color your paper. I did that for the tag, and I did that for the cupcake liner. (The aqua background)

2.) If you work fast, you can heat emboss with their ink and a clear embossing powder. I did that with the pink frosting on top.

I'm going to work on some needle art projects later today. Hopefully, I can show the results this week!
