Have you ever had a London Fog? Simply put, it's a tea latte. And it's a delicious alternative to an espresso latte, too.
Here's how to make one!
Brew and steep an earl grey tea
Steam and froth your milk of choice (I used almond milk).
In a large mug, fill half with tea and half with milk. Add vanilla syrup to sweeten. (But I confess, I didn't have any on hand, so I added a splash of pure vanilla extract and a scant teaspoon of pour organic cane sugar).
It seemed like a good drink to sip on while reading about London and the evacuation of children during the bombings of WWII.
