Toile, Part Deux

I continued the toile theme into the dining room, adding a table runner and placemats from the Pioneer Woman. Who knew that Walmart would have so many lovely things this year?

The table runner was so long, so I cut it in half, using one half on the hutch and the other on the table.

Some new pillows from Aldi. Jemma loves snuggling up on these!

More of that velvet ribbon on the wreath above the mantle. I love pulling out my Mom's ceramic nativity every year.

I am a candle snob. I prefer soy based candles, and I'm very particular about the fragrance. This one from Target's Threshold is Holiday Hearth, and it smells so good, like a really expensive candle. And when it's lit, it glows red. So pretty!

The family is coming to town this weekend for Sam's graduation. We will have an early Christmas together, keeping it very simple. Homemade granola and sconces for breakfast. Sloppy Joes for dinner. And then a celebration at a fancy Italian restaurant after the ceremony.

Home for the holidays!
