I've been making a lot of coffee-themed birthday cards this week to send to my friends at the Expresso Yourself Coffee Card group on Facebook. We have a great time sharing our coffee inspiration and sending swap cards each month. It turns out a lot of them have August birthdays!
I did some mixing and matching with various Catherine Pooler papers, inks and stamp sets to create these cards!
I thought this layout was a good way to highlight the fun patterned papers, while giving the stamped images and sentiment a nice focal point.
Here's a good crafting tip. When stamping and die cutting little seasonal accents, why not cut out a few extra to have on hand? You can store them with the paper packs so you know they will coordinate.
You can also store them with stamp sets for fast and easy crafting!
