Feathers

 

I've been finding so many cool feathers on my morning walks lately. And I cannot leave them on the ground! For some reason, I am compelled to pick them up and bring them home with me.

I tuck them in here and there, just because I like the look of them. They won't stay here forever, but for now, I am fascinated and inspired by them.

I made a card using CP's Boho Feathers this week.

A little sparkle and shine, thanks to this rose gold card stock from Michael's, and this coppery embossing powder.

And when I stamp with my MISTI, I can ink one section of the feather, clean it off, and use another color to ink the other section. Fun!

It's going to be a beautiful Indian Summer weekend. I think I will go walking now and look for more feathers!
