Operation Patterned Paper: Wax Seals

 

I'm still on a quest to use up patterned paper!

Today's cards combined papers with birds and wax seals.

I picked up this precious pinecone seal from Spellbinders recently when I was visiting my favorite stamp store, Paper and I, in Marshall, Michigan.

This one uses the Winter Woods bird (PTI) with a wood slice die (The Greetery) and some greens from HB.

This one is a bit simpler. Just patterned paper, a wax seal, a little silver twine, and a few rhinestone stars.

I think the wax seals add a little sweet something to these otherwise simple cards.

I think I've completed about a dozen Christmas cards thus far. Not bad for the first week of October!
